A country inn, which is part of the landscape and the culture, in which careful use of natural resources do not exclude the enjoyment. An Alicantian-Valencian-Spanish restaurant with a culinary offer from “Cocina antigua”. An honest and simple, but especially sensuous and sustainable cuisine, according to traditional recipes from the coast Costa de la Muerte to Costa del Sol with fresh ingredients from the sea and from land as well as products of the season and the region.
Our goal is to be a pioneer, among others. in the fight against the ever increasing industrialization of agriculture, which is associated with the abandonment of farms and plantations of the old-timers.
